We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our B2C credit transfer operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team, drive performance, ensure process compliance, and deliver excellent service to customers in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team handling credit transfer processes and customer interactions.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within set timelines.
Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Track daily productivity, generate performance reports, and ensure targets are met.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and policies.




Maintain a high level of compliance and data security standards.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in team handling, operations, sales, or a related field.
Experience in education, credit transfer operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented with good team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
