Petra Creations Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and proactive Tele caller Sales Executive to manage our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in sales and a passion for helping customers find the perfect personalized gifts and corporate awards.
Core Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right products (awards, trophies, corporate gifts) based on their specific events or branding needs.
Product Knowledge: Quickly learn the technical aspects of our customization services (engraving, printing, and materials) to provide accurate information to clients.
Order Coordination: Coordinate with the production team to ensure that custom orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
Relationship Management: Build rapport with repeat corporate clients to encourage long-term business.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain the aesthetic standards of the showroom by ensuring displays are clean, updated, and organized.
Lead Tracking: Follow up on pending inquiries or quotes sent to potential customers to close sales.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 year in a showroom or retail sales role.
Communication: Strong verbal communication in Malayalam; ability to manage basic qualified communication in English.
Soft Skills: High energy, persuasive speaking skills, and a skilled appearance.
Education: Higher Secondary (12th) or Degree.
Reliability: Ability to handle cash transactions and basic POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately.
Work Benefits
Fixed monthly salary within the ₹10k–₹15k
