Tender Manager is responsible for managing the complete tendering process, especially through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, and overseeing project execution after contract award.

Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Prepare bid documents, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
Upload and submit bids on GeM within deadlines.
Handle bid clarifications, reverse auctions, and negotiations.
Monitor tender status and contract awards.
Maintain tender records, compliance documents, and certifications.
Plan and coordinate project execution after order receipt.
Manage manpower, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget.
Prepare project progress reports and client updates.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
Coordinate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
Skills
Robust knowledge of tendering process,



documentation compliance.
Hands-on experience with GeM, e-Procurement, IREPS and other portals.
Knowledge of manpower costing, EPF, ESIC, minimum wages statutory components.
Excellent analytical, communication negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF online tender portals.
Cost estimation and BOQ preparation.
Experience
Experience : 10 Year
Qualifications
B.Tech / BE, Diploma Engineering, MBA, BBA, B.Com or equivalent.
Certification in project management is an advantage.
Positive Communication Skills.
