Role & responsibilities
Engage with prospective buyers for Residential Apartments, Villas and Commercial Properties.
Organize and conduct client site visits and project presentations.
Follow up on generated leads and close deals to achieve targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Robust hold on English, Hindi and Telugu.
Prior experience in real estate sales or high-ticket sales preferred.
Self-motivated with a passion for closing property transactions.
