Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Marketing to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for Jindal Projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing 360-degree marketing activities across digital, traditional, branding, events, PR, content, and sales-support initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have solid execution capabilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives aligned with the overall brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
360 Marketing & Campaign Management
Support the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Coordinate campaigns across Digital, Social Media, Print, Outdoor, Radio, Events, PR, Influencer Marketing, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute campaign plans as per the marketing calendar and business requirements.




Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution of campaigns.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with key insights and recommendations.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for the execution of Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, reach, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
Support optimization of digital campaigns based on performance data.
Coordinate website, landing page, social media and digital content requirements.
Track digital trends, emerging platforms, and current marketing opportunities relevant to the real estate sector.
Marketing Collaterals & Content
Coordinate development of marketing collaterals including:
Brochures
Project present
