Senior Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

The need is for hands-on, experienced IT technical recruiters who can identify quality candidates through appropriate technical questions, open-ended questions, and behavioral questions while weeding out candidates whose body of experience does not correlate to the resume and/or who are at risk of not having a successful interview and/or placement. The ideal candidate must have inquisitiveness and a desire for continued self-improvement and development of recent skills.

Skill Set
Partnering with hiring managers to determine the staffing needs
Experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation
Negotiating finalizing rates on per hour basis for W2, Corp-Corp candidates
Sourcing candidates from different portals (Monster, Dice CareerBuilder etc.), databases, networking, references etc.
Oversee management of requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system
Conducting telephonic interviews
Administering appropriate company assessments




Doing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and advantages during the screening process
Staying current on the company s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Completing timely reports on employment activity

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in the US Staffing
B. Tech/BSc IT/BCA/ Equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor s degree
Excellent communication skills (both written verbal)
Self-motivated, Confident, Proactive, Target-oriented and a Go-Getter
Robust time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prioriti
