For this exceptional chance as a Senior Salesforce team member, you will lead the resolution of complex business challenges leveraging Financial Services Cloud, working as part of a distributed, offshore-based team collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders. This role will focus on the following objectives:
Lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge Salesforce.com solutions using advanced Configuration on the Financial Services Cloud platform to support our business
Drive our support and enhancement projects, ensuring underlying data is high quality, well-governed,
and compliant with Salesforce.com Financial Services guidelines
Own and advance our Mobile strategy
Strengthen and mature security and audit practices across the org
Lead reporting efforts leveraging AI, including guiding less experienced team members on approach
Mentor junior and mid-level analysts, providing technical guidance and quality oversight
Serve as a trusted advisor to end users and business partners, overseeing day-to-day operations
