We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented \HR Recruiter\ to join our team in Amritsar.
The selected candidate will be provided with \candidate data/leads by the company\. The primary responsibility will be to \call candidates, explain the job opportunity, screen suitable candidates, and coordinate the complete hiring process\ until joining.
Key Responsibilities
* Call candidates from the data provided by the company.
* Explain the job profile, salary, location, eligibility, and other relevant details to candidates.
* Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
* Identify suitable candidates according to the company's hiring requirements.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the concerned team.
* Follow up regularly with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
* Maintain proper records of candidate calls, interviews, selections, and joining.
* Build a strong candidate pipeline through effective communication and follow-ups.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be preferred.
Good communication skills in \Hindi and English\*; basic English is preferred.
* Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
* Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
* Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to work in a recruitment workplace are preferred.
