About the Role:
Our Fashion Studio in Raipur is hiring an experienced Customer Relations, Office & Inventory Manager to be the central point of contact for participants/customers, oversee daily office coordination, and manage fabric/material inventory. This role can run independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
Handle all customer/participant interactions — greeting, explaining processes, terms, and answering questions confidently
Manage the participant flow end-to-end (check-in, ID verification, terms sheet, studio walkthrough, photos, follow-up)
Oversee daily office operations — records, filing, coordination between design/tailoring/reception staff
Manage fabric and material inventory — track incoming sponsor fabric, allocate per participant/order, monitor stock levels, and flag shortages before they cause delays
Maintain inventory records (what's received, what's allocated, what's remaining) alongside the participant tracking sheet
Handle escalations calmly — objections, hesitant customers,



minor disputes — before involving the owner
Maintain the tracking sheet/FMS log for each participant/customer (who, how, when for each stage)
Supervise Reception and Office Assistant staff, ensuring daily checklists are followed
Report weekly bottlenecks/issues, including inventory gaps, directly to the owner

Requirements:
Proven experience in customer handling, office management, and/or inventory/stock management
Robust communication skills, confident and calm under pressure
Ability to independently manage a small team, daily operations, and stock records without close supervision
Comfortable with documentation, record-keeping, and Excel/registers (for both customer tracking and inventory)
Trustworthy with sensitive information (payments, participant ID, terms/refunds, stock/material handling)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
