Supervise daily telecom field activities.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, route plans, and technical specifications.
Monitor trenching, HDD, OFC laying, cable blowing, splicing, and restoration activities.
Allocate daily work to technicians, riggers, operators, and subcontractors.
Monitor manpower productivity and attendance.
Provide technical guidance to field teams.
Coordinate with project managers and client representatives.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
Maintain attendance, work completion records, and measurement sheets.
Submit daily photographs, GPS coordinates, test reports, and completion reports.
Escalate site issues affecting progress.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
