Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, business-oriented Consulting Sales skilled who can

create new business opportunities for our Microsoft Practice. The candidate should be

comfortable interacting with business leaders, and IT decision-makers, understanding their

business challenges, and consulting them on how Microsoft technologies can solve those

challenges.

The role involves networking, attending industry events, representing the company

professionally, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with

technical teams to develop winning solution proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Generate qualified business opportunities for Microsoft technology services.
Identify recent customers across our domains.
Build relationships with IT Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and business stakeholders.
Develop strategic account plans for key prospects.

Consultative Selling
Understand customer business problems before discussing technology.
Position Microsoft solutions based on customer objectives.




Conduct discovery meetings and requirement discussions.
Work closely with Solution Architects and Delivery teams to prepare proposals.
Present solutions confidently to business and technical audiences.

Client Engagement
Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct executive meetings and solution presentations.
Follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
Manage chance pipeline through CRM.

Networking & Industry Presence
Attend technology conferences, networking events, Microsoft partner events, and

industry forums.
Represent the organization professionally.
Generate leads through networking.
Build strategic partnerships.

Proposal & Solution Management
Coordinate proposal creation with technical teams.
Support RFP/RFI responses.
Present proposals

Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem offerings including:
