Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Serve as Project Lead for rectifier hardware development; manage timelines, run team-oriented meetings, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Product Development & Testing: Lead and coordinate QA, testing, production, and R&D; for new and existing power conversion product lines.
Quality & Problem Solving: Review technical accuracy, resolve market/production issues, and maintain alignment with Global Engineering processes.
Continuous Improvement: Apply emerging industry trends, technologies, and materials to optimize product lines and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Specifications & Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).




Experience: 56 years of hands-on experience in power electronics design and development.
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Industrial-grade Rectifier or UPS product design, power conversion principles, and manufacturing.
Circuit Design: Expertise in PFC, Inverter circuits, Buck, Boost, and LLC topologies; solid grasp of analog, digital, and control theory.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage projects independently, guide team members, meet deadlines, and communicate fluently in English.
Positive to Have: CAD software exposure, basic embedded software familiarity, and robust applied physics/maths fundamentals.
