We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java/Kotlin Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, with expertise in building scalable applications using Java, Kotlin, and Maven-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Kotlin
Build and manage projects using Maven
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Ensure high code quality with proper unit and integration testing
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–6 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
Strong experience with Kotlin for backend or modern application development
Expertise in Maven build tools
Solid understanding of Spring Boot / Spring Framework
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices architecture
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Valuable understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
Positive to Have
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience in high-scale or distributed systems
