Roles and Responsibilit

Maintain and update inventory tracking systems, asset registers, and inventory records regula
rly.Verify shipments and ensure quantity, condition, and documentation are accur
ate.Handle inventory documentation such as receipts, issue notes, stock movement records, and asset allocation reco
rds.Track and manage asset distribution to departments/users with proper acknowledgment reco
rds.Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with system reco
rds.Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or dama




ges.Perform accurate system entries for inventory transactions and stock moveme
nts.Maintain organized digital and physical inventory records for audit purpo
ses.Generate inventory and stock reports using MS Excel or similar to
ols.Follow company inventory procedures, policies, and compliance standa
rds.Support audit activities by providing accurate inventory records and documentat
ion.Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and internal departments regarding inventory matt
ers.Communicate inventory status, stock availability, and related issues effectiv
ely.Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of inventory it

Mandatory Require
ments

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant disci
pline.Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems and asset manag
ement.Experience in inventory management or store operations will be an added adva
