This role is a key contributor to JLL Business Services (JBS) in its journey toward data‑driven operations, supporting the evolution, scalability, and impact of analytics‑enabled decision‑making across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify key metrics for JBS/JLL offerings, create and present data-driven insights, implement various analytics methods,
and integrate emerging technologies. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and stakeholder collaboration abilities are essential.

: Associate, Reporting & Analytics
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business and leadership decision-making
Own end-to-end reporting processes, from data extraction and validation to insight generation and distribution
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data and reporting outputs
Analyze business performance, trends, and variances, translating data into clear, actionable insights
Deliver executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packs with transparent storytelling
Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a concise and structured manner
Identify & execute on opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalabil
