Role and Responsibility :

Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan aligned with business and revenue objectives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending.
Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and campaigns.
Provide market, competitor and customer insights.
Identify current market and growth opportunities.
Brand & Integrated Marketing
Strengthen brand positioning across customer touchpoints.
Lead ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events and Channel Marketing.
Conduct customer research and market intelligence.
Adapt global campaigns for the Indian market.
Develop marketing collateral, case studies, videos, presentations and success stories.
Digital Marketing

Own the digital marketing strategy covering:
Website
SEO & SEM
Google Ads
Meta/social media
Email marketing
Marketing automation
ORM & chatbots
Website content and customer journeys





Use analytics and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and lead generation.
Lead Generation & Marketing Analytics
Build online and offline lead-generation programs.
Manage the complete marketing funnel from lead qualification nurturing conversion.
Work with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
Create KPI dashboards and ROI reports.
Track campaign and customer acquisition performance.
Sales & Channel Marketing
Develop sales presentations, product literature and commercial marketing materials.
Drive Salesforce CRM adoption and usage.
Conduct CRM training and improve data quality.
Support channel partners through:
Co-marketing
Dealer branding
Promotions
Merchandising
POS materials
Manage organisation Experience Centres and customer experience.
Agency & Stakeholder Management

Manage external partners including:
Creative agencies
Digital ag
