About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team as an Officer – Compliance & Audit. The role involves managing statutory compliance, supporting internal audits, overseeing accounts payable activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of taxation, audit, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage and support compliance related to:
GST
TDS
Income Tax
ROC Filings
Other applicable statutory requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation for statutory compliance.
Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory authorities as required.
Internal Audit & Controls
Conduct and support internal audit activities across business and financial processes.
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of financial risk.
Recommend and support implementation of process improvements.
Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in audit documentation, reporting, and closure of audit observations.
