Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students from the given database using ERP and convert leads into admissions.
Follow up effectively and generate walk-ins and walk-outs, converting candidates into registrations.
Handle walk-in and phone enquiries and maintain updated enquiry data in the system/database.
Counsel students regarding courses, program selection, class schedules, placements and career planning.
Build solid relationships with students and generate admissions through references.
Convince and guide students to enroll in suitable courses.
Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development and Communication teams.
Support marketing events and campaigns.
Communicate the advantages of different design courses at national and international levels.
Handle the complete sales cycle and achieve company targets.
