Job Description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of technology

projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires a robust

focus on high-quality delivery, proactive risk management, and excellent communication with all

stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery And Timeliness
Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using appropriate project

management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain

project momentum and meet deadlines.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of multiple

projects.




Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final deliverables to the required quality

standards.
Quality Management
Define and enforce quality standards and metrics for all project deliverables.
Implement quality assurance processes, including testing and validation, to ensure the final product meets functional and performance requirements.
Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with the project team and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk And Issue Management
Proactively identify, assess, and prioritize potential project risks and issues.
Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans to minimize the impact of risks on project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving roadblocks and escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
Track and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriat
