Job Summary:Dr Heal Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word. The candidate will support daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and handle documentation efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage data with precision.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data using Excel
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and reports using Word
Handle data entry, MIS reports, and HR dashboards
Track employee attendance, leaves, and shift records
Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate data)
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR files
Support onboarding and documentation for recent employees
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
Ensure proper filing and documentation (both digital and physical records)
Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data management)
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Word (formatting, document creation)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers only
Experience in hospital/healthcare sector is an added advantage
