Job Summary

SkyPlay IPTV Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and team-handling skills, good knowledge of local markets, and the ability to develop current business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans and strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Lead, guide, and monitor sales executives and field sales teams.
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, local market activities, and business partnerships.
Promote and sell IPTV and digital entertainment services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, dealers, and local business associates.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing,



and customer requirements.
Conduct regular field visits to identify new prospects and support the sales team.
Track daily sales activities, lead conversion, collections, and territory performance.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with Installation, Customer Care, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth service activation.
Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide territory performance updates to management.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and service standards.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales, territory management, business development, or a related field.
Experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, DTH, IPTV, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
