We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Horticulture Advisor to join our retail team at our NIBM store.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of plants and gardening practices and enjoy interacting with customers to provide expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products based on their needs and environment.
Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, watering schedules, fertilization, and pest management.
Educate customers about various plant species and gardening techniques to enhance their gardening experience.
Ensure plant health and upkeep within the store by monitoring watering, pruning, and general maintenance requirements.
Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and informative plant displays.




Assist customers with queries and provide a seamless in-store experience.
Stay updated on current products, plant varieties, and gardening trends.

Eligibility
Mandatory: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture.
Robust knowledge of plants, gardening practices, and plant care.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Passion for gardening and helping customers succeed in their plant journey.
Comfortable working in a retail environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Location :
Ugaoo NIBM

Should be able to occassionally travel to other locations as well.
