Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure smooth, effective, and guest-focused functioning across all operational departments.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in resort/hotel operations, guest experience, team management, service quality, cost control, and operational planning. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various departments and ensuring that the resort consistently meets its operational, financial, and guest-service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Resort Operations
Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security, Recreation, and other departments.
Establish and implement operational standards, SOPs, and service procedures.
Monitor daily operations and resolve operational issues promptly.
Ensure optimum utilization of rooms, facilities, manpower, and other resources.
Guest Experience & Service Quality




Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
Monitor guest feedback, complaints, reviews, and satisfaction levels.
Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Develop initiatives to improve guest experience, repeat business, and overall resort reputation.
Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams.
Ensure adequate manpower deployment based on occupancy and business requirements.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to department heads and team members.
Identify training requirements and coordinate hospitality/service training programs.
Promote discipline, professionalism, grooming, and service standards.
Revenue & Cost Management
Work closely with the General Manager and Finance team to achieve operational and financial targets.
Monitor departmental expenses and control unnecessary operational cost
