Role & responsibilities
Workplace Consultancy Leadership
Own P&L; responsibility for Wolkem Consultancy Services (WCS) in all the approved sectors.
Regulatory updates of MoEF & CC, CPCB, SPCB & CGWA etc.
Develop and execute Consultancy service strategy aligned with overall business goals
Lead market entry and expansion for multiple Sectors
MIS preparation in SAP
Business Development & Customer Acquisition
Involved in marketing/ sales activities of consultancy services with Mining, Industries and infrastructure sectors.
Build long-term relationships with large accounts, industries, and Mining & infrastructure sectors
Drive new Consultancy sector development and value-based consultancy services
Consultancy Marketing & Sales Management
Appoint, manage, and grow customers across North, west and central Indian states
Ensure pricing discipline, credit control, and performance monitoring
Sales Operations & MIS
Establish robust MIS, reporting, forecasting,



and bidding & tendering process of public and private sectors.
Track customer acquisition metrics, conversion ratios, and profitability
Provide regular performance reports to senior management
Team Building & Capability Development
Build, mentor, and lead a Wolkem Consultancy Services sales & marketing team
Set targets, KPIs, and performance reviews
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor competition, pricing trends, customer preferences, and substitute sectoral services
Provide inputs for Consultancy service positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategy

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Service
Consultancy Service at All India level in 3 sectors/ FAEs approved by NABET .

Provide Consultancy to existing and prospective customers in different sectors including Workplace, Mining, Manufacturing, Chemical and infrastructure etc.
