Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field visits.
Understand client requirements related to home construction, renovation, interiors, and civil work.
Coordinate with clients and provide suitable construction solutions.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain lead details and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the Civil, Design, and Project teams for smooth client handling.
Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Required Skills
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and client-handling ability.
Basic knowledge of construction/civil work is preferred.
Valuable follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field. Candidates with construction, real estate, or sales experience will be preferred.
