We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with solid experience in Technical Recruitment and C2H/Contract Staffing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and permanent positions
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
Screen and shortlist technical profiles based on client requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
Work closely with hiring managers for requirement understanding
Ensure timely closures and quality hiring
