Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Explain product features, advantages, premiums, and policy terms clearly.
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
Follow company processes, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines.
