Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven field sales executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys direct customer interaction, works well in a target-driven environment, and is looking to build a career in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibility
Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory
Generate recent leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
Present products/services clearly and address customer requirements
Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
Identify new business prospects within the assigned territory
Travel within the assigned territory as required

Preferred Qualifications
Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they have good communication skills and a strong interest in sales.
Candidates with prior experience in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
