Responsible for managing the overall RMC business, including sales, plant utilisation, operations, pricing, customer relationships and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive RMC sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Manage builders, contractors and key B2B customers.
Plan production and maximise plant capacity utilisation.
Coordinate dispatch, logistics and plant operations.
Monitor RMC pricing, costs, margins and profitability.
Coordinate with Procurement, QC, Finance and Logistics teams.
Monitor customer payments
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly business performance reports.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in RMC/construction material business.
Robust B2B sales and customer-management skills.
Valuable understanding of RMC operations, pricing and margins.
Solid negotiation and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel within Nagpur and nearby areas.
