Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with Inside Sales experience, who will be responsible for tele calling potential clients for recent Business Development. This is an In House activity/ job. These activities include introduce company via email, talk with recent/existing client, social media activities like Facebook updates, social media paid promotion etc.
Responsibilities
Make telephone calls to prospects.
Assistance in Tender documentation.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
Attend campaign briefings.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
Maintain confidentiality.
Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls.
Provide feedback and input to script and copy development.
Record details of opportunities and lead notes.

Should have experience in Outbound Calling or Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication skills and solid telephone manner.

Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting.
Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues.
Confident, self motivated and commission driven.
Friendly personality and team player.
Education
UG: Any Graduate Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
