Your Role
Lead functional architecture and solution designfor Teamcenter implementations and upgrades
Gather and analyze business requirementsfrom stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
Define data models, workflows, and BOM structureswithin Teamcenter
Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and deployment
Drive PLM best practicesand standardization across the organization
Support change management, user training,



and adoption initiatives
Conduct gap analysisand recommend solutions aligned with Teamcenter capabilities
Ensure integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, MES
Provide guidance during testing, validation, and go-live phases
Act as a subject matter expert (SME)for Teamcenter modules (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Document Management)

Your Profile
8+ years of experience in PLM implementations, with solid focus on Teamcenter
Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture and modules
Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Robust knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes
Familiarity with BOM management, change management, and workflows
Experience working with CAD integrations (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
Positive understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
