\Position Overview:\
We are seeking a energetic BDA / Student Counsellor responsible for guiding students in their academic and career choices.
\Key Responsibilities:\
Counsel prospective students regarding their academic and career options through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assess students' skill sets and provide guidance on how to utilize them effectively.
Conduct pre-departure counseling to align student expectations with reality.
Meet assigned sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Excellent communication, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
Solid selling and negotiation abilities with a focus on customer service.
Self-motivated, results-oriented skilled capable of delivering under pressure.
