We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Manager D2C & Brand Growth to lead the launch and growth of RawMatter, our upcoming men's personal care and grooming brand.

This will initially be a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for building RawMatter's D2C business from launch strategy, e-commerce and customer acquisition to retention, analytics and revenue growth.

Over time, the role will expand beyond RawMatter as we launch additional consumer brands across different categories and build a House of Brands.

The person joining us will have the chance to build and lead a dedicated D2C team responsible for managing and scaling multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

D2C Strategy & Business Ownership
Own the overall D2C strategy, launch plan and growth roadmap for RawMatter.
Take responsibility for revenue, growth, customer acquisition, retention and overall channel performance.
Develop annual and quarterly business plans, budgets and growth targets.
Track unit economics including CAC, ROAS, AOV, contribution margins,



repeat purchase rates and LTV.
Identify current growth opportunities across products, channels, customer segments and markets.

E-commerce & Marketplace Management
Manage and optimise the brand's own D2C website and online customer journey.
Drive sales across relevant marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and other emerging commerce platforms.
Manage product listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, bundles and online launches.
Continuously improve conversion rates, checkout experience and overall website performance.

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
Develop customer acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, marketplaces and other digital channels.
Work closely with internal teams and/or external agencies to plan and optimise performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and channel-level profitability.
