We are seeking an experienced DGM – Civil to provide strategic leadership for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects from planning to completion and handover.
Develop project execution strategies, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and performance objectives.
Monitor time, cost, quality, safety, productivity, and overall project performance against approved targets.
Lead and mentor Engineers, subcontractors, and site teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.
Manage project costs, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, billing, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
Drive cost optimization, resource efficiency, productivity improvement, and value engineering initiatives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, consultants, architects, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
Lead project review meetings and resolve critical technical, contractual, commercial, and operational issues.




Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, contracts, and statutory regulations.
Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Accounts, Finance, and other departments for seamless project execution.
Provide MIS and executive-level project reports to senior management covering progress, cost, risks, resources, quality, and safety.
Drive continuous improvement, solid project governance, and a high-performance, safety-first culture across all projects.

Desired Profile
Experience: 15+ years in construction/project management,e handling multiple projects.
Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
