Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified TGT English Teacher. The ideal candidate should possess robust subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centric learning environment that fosters language proficiency, critical thinking, and a love for literature.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with academic objectives.
Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and comprehension skills.
Conduct regular assessments, assignments, projects, and examinations.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning workplace.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
Encourage participation in literary activities such as debates, elocution, creative writing,



quizzes, and drama.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and overall school development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English (B.A./M.A. English).
B.Ed. is mandatory.
CTET/State TET qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong academic credentials may also apply.

Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and writing skills.
