Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US-based customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom products/services. - Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Build customer rapport and achieve sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience. Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in International/US Sales.
Excellent spoken English and solid communication skills.
Explicit pronunciation, positive grammar and confident conversation skills. - Strong sales and convincing abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
