Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery within scope.
Be the sole Point of contact for all the customer issues related to the the digitalisation programs.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and alignment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate and manage project resources effectively.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve overall project quality.
Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.




Ensure timely communication & visibility of the charters across the stakeholder group.
Solid Presentation and Communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with agile methodologies and project management
Experience with JIRA/ Asana/ Freshservice & related tools
Experience of software development lifecycle and observability concepts
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Mechanical/ Civil/ Industrial engineering, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
