We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Product Advisors to join our telesales team in Kochi.
Role: Telesales – Product AdvisorAs a Product Advisor, you will connect with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, guide them on the right Shaadi.com membership/product, and help convert enquiries into successful sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Shaadi.com products and membership plans.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and membership options clearly.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Who Can Apply?Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 5 years of experience in telesales/sales can apply.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2C sales, or customer-facing sales roles are preferred.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated individuals.
Willingness to build a career in sales.

Fixed Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
1 Rotational Weekly Off
