Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, verify & finalize company accounts, balance sheet, and financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT compliance and filing.
Manage vendor & subcontractor billing reconciliation.
Ensure timely statutory payments and returns (Income Tax, ROC, MCA filings).
Budgeting, cost control & financial planning for construction projects.
Liaison with auditors, banks, and government departments.
Knowledge of project billing (PWD, PMGSY, Mandi Board, Police Housing Board, Jal Jeevan Mission).
Maintain payroll records and employee compliance.

Required Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 38 years of experience.
Experience in construction/infra companies preferred.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and company law.
Ability to handle audits,



taxation, and compliance independently.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Positive communication & leadership skills.
