We are looking for a dynamic and experienced qualified to manage multiple guest houses across different locations.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/guest house management
Experience in handling multiple properties will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple guest houses
Ensure high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
Manage staff deployment, attendance, and performance
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
Monitor inventory, procurement, and operational expenses
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly




Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Willingness to travel between guest house locations

Desired Skills:
Robust leadership and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently

Location: Pune Region

Salary: Rs. 20000 To 25000 + Travel Allowance
