Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day loan operations and documentation.

Verify customer and loan-related documents.

Process loan applications and ensure timely disbursement.

Maintain accurate records and update MIS/reports.

Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, and other departments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Handle customer queries related to loan processing and documentation.

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
