Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the US staffing/recruitment industry, excellent sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
Review and screen resumes based on client requirements and job descriptions.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the process.
Maintain robust relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate rates, salaries,



and offers with candidates where required.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/database.
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, and joining status.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, job requirements, and hiring practices.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Solid knowledge of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099 hiring models.
Experience working with US time zones and night shifts.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive negotiation and relationship-management skills.
