Key Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive EOT / delay claims using methods like Time Impact, Window Analysis, and impacted as-planned comparisons
Conduct in-depth delay/event analyses and interpret contract clauses on time, cost, and scope
Draft contractual communications (delay notices, letters) and support dispute resolution or arbitration
Collaborate with contracts, quantity surveyors, legal, and planning teams to align inputs and strategy
Quantify effects of scope changes / variations and provide substantiated impact assessments
Prepare as-built vs baseline comparisons, narratives, and justification for delays
Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI to model delay analyses and claims timelines

Desired Profile Skills




Solid background in highway construction and regulatory standards
Proven experience in EOT / claims preparation and documentation
Expert capability in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel (pivot tables, charts)
Excellent communication, coordination, and drafting skills
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); Master s or PMP/OPM qualification is a plus
