Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future requirements.
Assist the Recruitment Team in achieving hiring targets.
Eligibility
MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, or Any Graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with HR Internship experience will have an added advantage.
