Role Objective:

The selected candidate will be responsible for drawing preparation, developing of parts and operation manual, resolving design related production issues etc. to ensure timely release of drawings and related documents as per required quality, cost targets and safety norms.

Skills and Experience Required:

Must-Have:

· About 2–15 years’ experience in Drafting of Mechanical Drives, heavy fabrication components etc.

· Experience in EOT crane industry is preferred, but not mandatory

· Hands on work experience in Autocad and 3D Drafting software (Preferably Solidworks)

· Knowledge on Heavy fabrication drawings and welding

· Valuable written and oral communication skills.

· Should be a team player

· Result-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Proactive,



disciplined and quality focused.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design :
Preparation of component drawings using Autocad / 3D CAD Software (Solidworks)
Prepration of Assembly Drawings
Ability to meet drawing release targets

Team Player
Ability to get the work done from younger team members
Coordination with Electrical Design, production, quality and service department, if required

Safety Knowledge
Ensure that the design is protected
Design verification using earlier project reference drawings

Documentation
Preparation of parts and operation manual

Communication:

· To communicate positively even in difficult situation
