Syntax Global is looking for skilled Senior Travel Support Expert to assist US-based clients with bookings and travel support. Candidates must have hands-on experience with any GDS and a robust understanding of travel industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle travel support calls & emails from HNI customers (no sales)
Assist with flight, hotel, and cruise itineraries
Provide ticketing and booking assistance
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and offer concierge style support
Coordinate with vendors and US team for reservations
Maintain accurate records, booking notes, follow-up dates, and payment details in the CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette
Prior experience in a international travel process/ travel agency.
Ability to work in US time zones (night shift IST)
Ability to handle customers independently and manage multiple inquiries.
