Job Description: Presales & Business Development Executive IT Staffing

Position: Presales & Business Development Executive ,AM Experience Required: 5+ years in IT Staffing/Recruitment Industry

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC Payable Upto 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Presales Activities
Partner with sales teams to understand client staffing needs and propose suitable talent solutions.
Prepare client-specific proposals, presentations, and capability decks highlighting recruitment expertise.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored staffing solutions and pricing models.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to design workforce strategies aligned with client requirements.
Business Development
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in IT Staffing and Recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and achieve revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with prospective clients.




Client Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring staffing solutions align with business goals.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth delivery of staffing services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in presales and business development within the IT staffing/recruitment industry.
Robust understanding of IT recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth in IT Staffing services.
