Roles & Responsibilities:
To collaborate with external design agency for delivery of productive project designs at cluster level.
Manage in-house design team working for the cluster.
Evaluate & Introduce competitive designs and cutting edge design technology.
Create project concepts (Project Briefs) on design, value engineering and aesthetics. Incorporate suggestions from senior management team.
Suggest suitable external design consultants and evaluate portfolios to select the best of them.
Review project plans and approve architectural specifications
Understand the organizations business strategy, as well as the company’s business practices, planning cycles, and decision making processes.
Keep a track of and understand competitors, products, strategies and product generation processes.
Develop design and drawing standards to bring consistency across projects
Develop and train the design team internally to be able to take up multiple projects at a time
