Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
Coordinate architectural designs with interior, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Conduct regular site visits and site inspections.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure proper execution.
Review site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.
Manage project timelines and coordinate with the design and execution teams.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the project.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
Solid knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing.
Positive understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software will be an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
