Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented
Sales Caller
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident personality, and experience in handling customers and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales calling, telecalling, or inside sales.
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Experience in a spiritual, astrology, wellness, religious, or related industry will be an added advantage.
